Core objective (shredding/cutting, screening, desalination, dehydration, drying, compression and packaging integrated, reducing manual turnover)

1. Desalination:

Remove high concentrations of sodium (Na ⁺), potassium (K ⁺), and chlorine (Cl ⁻) ions from coconut fiber (the original coconut shell salt content can reach 5-8%), and the final product has an EC value of ≤ 0.5 mS/cm (horticultural grade standard) to avoid affecting plant growth (especially in seedling cultivation and soilless cultivation).

2. Dehydration:Belt press machine has better dehydration effect on coconut coir/coconut chunks/coconut shreds, with a large processing capacity, reducing the moisture content of coconut fibers after washing (from 80%+to 40-60%), making it easier to transport, store or dry for subsequent processing.
